Associated Organizations, $865 for non-members) or a deposit of $150 per person. The balance will be due by 31 May 2020.

Please do not send credit card info via email! If you have already paid your deposit, please just fill out the form.
Note: Paypal calls your payment a donation. But we will know.
Cancellation policy: Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Policy: If you must cancel, please let us know as soon as possible; we often have someone on a waitlist eager to attend. If you cancel on or before March 31, the entire amount you paid will be refunded. April 1 thru May 15, the cancellation fee is $75 per person. May 16 thru June 30, the cancellation fee is $150 per person. July 1-31, the cancellation fee is $250 per person. August 1 - 15, the cancellation fee is $336 per person. For cancellations after August 15, or those with no notification, there is no refund unless we can fill your space, then it would revert to $336 per person. If you cancel from the waitlist at any time, the entire amount paid will be refunded. All cancellation fees go into the scholarship fund and a donation letter is issued. Registrations are not transferable.To continue, you must read and agree to the above cancellation policy.
